Since I've now come out of hiding as a #messymiracle, I'm just going to lay it all out there. I've gained 30 pounds in the last two years. I've been blaming it on my medication, which could very well be a big part of the problem. But I'm not healthy, you guys. I'm not exercising. I've been so focused on my mental and spiritual health. Now it's time to pour into my physical health, too. I can't serve well if my body is not well. I signed up for #weightwatchers tonight. I get 30 points a day and a fit goal of 21 points. I don't know how this will go, but I'm going to #twirl through. I promise I won't write about it all the time, but authenticity is important to me. I spent way too much of my life trying to keep it all together. I can't do life alone. Been there, done that. Life is just better lived with a team!

I have learned (the hard way) that rest is key. Not simply physical rest, but also emotional, spiritual, and mental rest.
